Our Principles
Curiosity
- Approach each conversation like a mini adventure. Let yourself be surprised.
- Give time and listen to understand — not to fix. The world expands when we do.

Compassion
- Begin knowing you don't have the whole story. Offer care without trying to solve or save.
- You're welcome as you are — and so is the person across from you.

Consent
- True connection is never forced. Ask before giving advice or asking personal questions.
- Be aware of your boundaries — you can say "no" or "pass" anytime.
- Trust others to do the same — that makes space for a real "yes."

Centered
- Check in with how you feel. Breathe. Notice. Come back to the person in front of you.
- If you feel overwhelmed, take a break and return to your centre — that's where connection lives.

Courage
- Connection takes bravery. It's not always easy to show up, speak honestly, or be seen.
- Lean in gently even when you feel nervous — every brave step counts, big or small.
