An hour ago, these people were strangers.
Connection Games brought hundreds of moments like this to life. Would you help open that door somewhere new?

What are the Connection Games?
Most social experiences leave you feeling exactly the same as when you arrived. Connection Games is designed to feel different.
You meet people face to face, one at a time. Each encounter is its own small journey. There is room to breathe, to go deeper or lighter, to find what feels good for you. The questions give you structure and a starting point. How far you go is always up to you.
Curious, compassionate, a little brave. Some conversations may surprise you. Some will make you laugh. A few might stay with you long after you go home.
We have been hosting these games since 2016. The format has evolved. The heart of it hasn't: genuine conversations with people you wouldn't have found any other way.
“I came expecting only to discover other people but I ended up discovering myself.”
In time, what begins as curiosity can quietly become a small community.
In a world more and more shaped by division and loneliness, we think there is something worth protecting in that. We're looking for people who feel the same.

Three ways to get involved.
Which sounds like "yes, this is me!"?
Community Host
You are the kind of person who makes a room feel warmer just by being in it.
You welcome players as they arrive, keep an eye on how the evening is going, and help spread the word in your city. You bring your own people. You play too.
Watching a community grow around something you helped build is part of what makes it worthwhile.
The games give structure to the evening. You bring the smile.
If you genuinely enjoy meeting people, you already have what it takes. No facilitation knowledge is required.
Ambassador
Perhaps you're part of local groups, or you find yourself often at a networking evening, personal growth workshop, or community gathering in your city. Perhaps you're a content creator who believes in what we do. Whatever the shape, you're the social butterfly, the "I know a guy..." person.. and people trust what you recommend.
You don't host the game, but you make sure the right people hear about it. You don't shy away from inviting the ones you think would love it, talk about what it is, and help build the network that makes it real in your city.
Photographer / Videographer
You have an eye for beauty, raw emotion, and the kind of atmosphere that's hard to put into words but easy to feel in a photo.
You enjoy the games and you capture them too. Candid moments, short clips, the occasional testimonial. Nothing staged.
A good phone camera is enough.

Where we're going
We started in Cluj-Napoca. A few months later, we now have regular games in Timișoara and Budapest too.
We're looking to explore more of Europe- particularly Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium, the Netherlands...
If your city isn't on that list, don't let that stop you- we are open to go anywhere there is curiosity and people ready to experience the Connection Games!
At the moment, these are unpaid collaborations. What we can offer in return is real participation, mentoring and a place in an emerging movement of authentic connection.
If you'd like to be part of this, we'd love to hear from you.
Fill in the form and we'll be in touch.
