The Makuma principles
Treat each conversation as a chance to discover something new. Don't hurry to ask or answer — listen not to fix, but to understand. The world expands when we do.

Ask before giving advice or asking personal questions. Know you can say "no" or "pass" anytime — and trust others to do the same. That's what makes space for a real "yes".
